We aim to acknowledge requests within two business days and complete straightforward photo removals within seven days.
Requesting photo removal or reporting harm
Tell us the wedding name, approximate date, where the photo appears, and enough detail to locate it safely. Please do not send sensitive information unless it is necessary. Tell us if the request involves a child, immediate safety risk, non-consensual intimate imagery, suspected illegal content or a credible threat so we can prioritise it.

Privacy requests
Requests to access or delete personal information are handled through our privacy process. We respond without undue delay and within the applicable legal timeframe.
